We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest enabled. Conversation memories are stored in a separate database layer, isolated from the AI model itself. Database connections use TLS encryption in transit.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections, row-level security policies, and secure authentication via Supabase Auth. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Account data and conversation memories are retained for the duration of your account. When you delete your account, all associated data — including conversation history, memory summaries, and companion configurations — is permanently deleted within 30 days. Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations.
All users have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data. If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

suggar.ai is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will promptly delete that data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will notify users via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
